Dryshampoo.com offers free shipping on all orders to the Continental U.S. with a subtotal over $15 (calculated after any discounts but before any taxes and gift wrap). This offer is valid for free standard shipping only, which means our shipping department chooses among our standard shipping methods (i.e., UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority). Free standard shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO boxes, or international locations. Also, it does not apply to preorders, bulk, or oversize orders. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing Times

Orders received on business days are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business on the next business day (usually Monday).

Expedited Shipping

Please note that Expedited, Two-Day, and One-Day shipping orders should be placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Aerosols Not Eligible for Air Shipping

Due to air transport restrictions, certain items containing aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., aerosol dry shampoos) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport and are not permitted to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally.

International Shipping

• Shipping costs are based on packages of up to 3 pounds. Oversized packages are subject to extra shipping costs.
• All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. Dryshampoo.com does not pay these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for full details.
• The delivery times shown above are estimates only. Actual time in transit can vary widely by country and locale. Also, transit time does not include time spent in customs. Customs clearance can take anywhere from several hours to several weeks, and there is no way to predict or to influence the exact time.
• In most countries, once the package is cleared through customs, usually it will be handed off to your local postal service for delivery. For example, in Canada your delivery likely will be completed by Canada Post; in the UK, it’s the Parcel Force.
• International customers bear the risk of loss on international shipments. Please contact Customer Care to request insurance.
• Due to transport restrictions, aerosols and other products containing hazardous or flammable materials are not permitted to be shipped internationally.
• While our shipping carriers are able to ship to many countries, we cannot guarantee that an item can be shipped to you. Additionally, we are restricted from shipping certain brands internationally (e.g., Alterna). If we are unable to ship an item to you, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
